1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use and the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms govern website usage only; any merchant payment services require separate onboarding approval and the execution of applicable order forms, service agreements, or Merchant Terms of Service.

2. Website Operator & User Eligibility

This website is operated by DAYCHECKOUT NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent, and that you will not impersonate any person or use this website in any jurisdiction, manner, or purpose prohibited by applicable law.

3. Informational Nature & No Service Commitment

Descriptions of industries, payment flows, technical integrations, and compliance frameworks on this website are provided solely for general informational purposes and preliminary onboarding assessment. Supported jurisdictions, card schemes, local payment methods, currencies, settlement cycles, fee rates, risk controls, and onboarding eligibility are governed exclusively by written commercial documents signed by both parties following completed due diligence. Submitting a form, receiving a reply, or participating in technical discussions does not constitute merchant approval.

Website content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific commercial outcomes.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Website Conduct

  • Do not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or our Acceptable Use & Prohibited Business Policy.

  • Do not interfere with, scan, bypass, or disrupt the website, APIs, authentication mechanisms, access controls, or security measures.

  • Do not submit malicious code, fabricated corporate records, spam, full payment card numbers (PAN), CVV codes, secret keys, passwords, or unrequested identity document images.

  • Without prior written permission, do not conduct automated scraping, bulk copying, reverse engineering, or use website materials for model training, resale, or misleading representation.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and documentation are owned by Cropay or its licensors. You may view and reasonably download public materials solely for internal evaluation of Cropay services; you must not remove proprietary notices, create any false impression of endorsement or partnership, or use the Cropay name or marks in a manner likely to cause confusion.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cropay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, third-party links, network interruptions, unauthorized access, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor does it affect the reasonableness requirements under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) or other mandatory Hong Kong laws. Liability relating to merchant services is governed by the executed service agreement.

8. Personal Data Protection

The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy & Personal Information Collection Statement. Please do not submit sensitive payment card data or unrequested identity documents through general contact channels.

9. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes arising out of website usage shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
